86,400 That's the number of seconds we live each day Now imagine if each second was a dollar That would be 86,400 dollars for every day you've lived Hmm...most of us would be on the Forbes list if all we did was keep 10% of that 'money' Recently, I decided to start tracking what I did with my time on a daily basis I downloaded the app, Smarter Time, set things up and started to track how I spent my time on a daily basis. It was an eye opener. I was spending a lot of my time on activities that were not directly related with helping me achieve my goals. Think about this way,   Life is not a dress rehearsal. We'e only got one shot. and this is not a time to think about setting goals just for the sake of setting goals. This is the time to be deliberate about your choices especially in terms of how you live each moment and each day. This week, decide what you want to be good at and set a schedule to achieve it.
